About the National Association for Young Black Men and Women
Aimed, primarily at professional black men and
women in their 20s and 30s,the National Leadership Association for Young Black Men and Women supports the advancement of young black professionals to positions of Board Directors, CEO’s, middle and senior leaders.
We seek to equip young black professionals to positively impact their workplace and society, and to increase the talent pipeline of the next generation of Black leaders.
About the National Association for Young Black Men and Women
This mentoring programme is an ideal opportunity for young black professionals to be mentored either on a 1:1 basis or in a small group with other ambitious black young professionals, by an experienced leadership executive. The programme seeks to enable you to:
