Former Apex student awarded BEM by the Queen and attends King Charles 111 Coronation
Nicole Taylor, a graduate from Excell3’s Apex Universities Programme, went unto study a BA in psychology at Aston University where she obtained a 2.1. She then progressed to undertake a Masters degree at the University of Sheffield
At the tender age of 25 Nicole she was amongst the youngest in the country to be awarded an BEM by the Queen. Her outstanding leadership, bravery and commitment to high standards in the health and social care sector during the pandemic was duly recognized. She is a true credit not only to Excedll3 but also to this country.
The Coronation of Charles III and Camilla as King and Queen of the United Kingdom and the other Commonwealth realms took place in 2023. The good and the great across the world were hoping to be amongst the selected 2,200 people invited to the Coronation. However many were dsipointed not to have been ivited. However Nicole was amongst the invited list to attend alongside members of the royal family, representatives of the Church of England and other Christian denominations, prominent politicians from the UK and the Commonwealth of Nations, foreign royalty, heads of state and heads of government, and British and foreign celebrities.
“ I couldn’t believe it when a received a royal envelop inviting me to King Charles and Queen Camilla’s Coronation. And what an experience it was.. It was a moving and memorable occasion. I was honored to be part of such a historic event, It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience”.
